Return & Refund Policy

At SAVOR KOREA, all of our products are handcrafted traditional Korean ceramics and pottery. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we only accept returns or exchanges in the case of damage during shipping.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

• Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• You must provide photo evidence of the damage (product and packaging).
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request: Please contact us at [your email] with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
• Items returned without prior approval.
