Processing Time

We ship internationally to 24 countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Asia (Japan, China, Southeast Asia): 7–14 business days
• USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days
• Other regions: 14–25 business days

Shipping Carriers

We ship via Korea Post (EMS) or equivalent international courier services.

Fragile Items

All ceramic and pottery items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
